An exciting new position for a highly motivated Rural Surveyor to be part of Strutt & Parker’s high performing and growing Eastern Region Consultancy Group. We have a strong presence in Norfolk and Suffolk acting on behalf of both private and institutional clients including some of the most impressive Estates in the region.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with several key management clients and responsibilities will include delivery of a full range of estate management duties, as well as providing a wider range of rural professional advice such as valuation, landlord and tenant, planning and development, compulsory purchase and compensation, and agricultural matters.
The successful candidate is likely to have the following attributes:
- A competent MRICS qualified rural surveyor; from recently qualified upwards, seeking to develop and progress your career.
- Self-motivated, confident, and resourceful with ability to communicate clearly and to work within a team.
- Career driven, commercially minded with business development skills.
- Ability to gain trust with clients and build and maintain relationships.
